  This is a Korean traditional foods material which used when the Sprouting bean grows about 8-10cm length.
¡à Distinct Feature
  It is competitively easy to raise. It is a nutritious food that contains vitamin C and protein. In addition, the purchase price is cheap that it is widely used.
¡à Nutrition Factor
  during the process of sprouting, the nutritious factor changes due to its metabolism effect. Namely, the amount of fat decreases whereas fibrin and vitamin C increase. Especially, a large amount of vitamin C is produced when it does not contain any vitamin C before sprouting.

 

¡à How to grow Bean Sprouts

 

<soaking>
 Soak Sprouting bean in water for 4-6 hours in order to sprouting process.

 

<supplying water>
 Provide Sprouting bean with water for 6-7 times a day in order to supply necessary amount of water for sprouting and to cool the heat which produced from the respiration process.

 

<sprouts>
 Usually, bean sprouts product in the length of 8-10cm can be produced in the nomal temperature of 20'C for 7days. The result can be different depending on its condition and the amount of bean.
